項目概況及招標范圍：
1.Project Location: Located approximately 12 km southeast of Youssoufia, Morocco, within the OCP Mzinda Phosphate Center (MPH). 1.招標項目建設地點：摩洛哥優素菲耶（Youssoufia ）東南約12 km的OCP Mzinda磷酸鹽中心 (MPH)內。 2.Project Scale: The Morocco Mzinda project has a total installed capacity of 3×67MW. The project is boiler-free and utilizes steam from the nearby Sulfuric Acid Plant (SAP) for power generation. It features three 67MW extraction-condensing steam turbine generators, along with corresponding auxiliary equipment and systems. 2.招標項目建設規模：摩洛哥莫津達項目裝機容量為3×67MW，該項目無鍋爐配置，項目利用臨近硫酸廠(SAP)來的蒸汽發電，機組配置3臺67MW抽凝式汽輪發電機組及配套相應的輔助設備及系統。 3.Scope of Tender: The scope includes but is not limited to the supply of HVAC engineering materials and equipment, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty compliance with relevant standards and specifications. For details, refer to Section C. 招標范圍：包括但不限于HAVC工程材料和設備的供應、施工、安裝、測試、調試及質保并符合相關規范標準，工作范圍見section C。
