簡要規則描述：為高橋鎮鎮域道路及52個老舊小區提供****，并按照新區要求將分揀后的殘渣陸運至指定場所進行末端處置。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:Provide construction waste removal services for the town roads and 52 old residential areas in Gaoqiao Town, and transport the sorted residues by land to the designated sites for final disposal in accordance with the requirements of the new district. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目專門面向中小企業采購，評審時小微企業均不執行價格扣除優惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price deduction benefits will be implemented for micro and small enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
