簡要規(guī)則描述：為了有效緩解凌橋地區(qū)部分區(qū)域交通擁堵現(xiàn)象，現(xiàn)擬實施凌橋地區(qū)協(xié)警交通秩序維護服務采購，協(xié)助交警進行交通疏導等相關工作，實現(xiàn)交通暢通。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:In order to effectively alleviate traffic congestion in some areas of Lingqiao, it is now proposed to implement the procurement of traffic order maintenance services for auxiliary police in Lingqiao, assisting traffic police in traffic guidance and other related work to ensure smooth traffic flow. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.
合同履約期限：服務期限為****至****。
The Contract Period:The service period is from December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2026.

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時小微企業(yè)均不執(zhí)行價格扣除優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price deduction benefits will be implemented for micro and small enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、須具有《保安服務許可證》；
2、本項目不允許轉包、分包。
