INTRODUTION
ThisRFTdocumentisissuedtosubcontractthe [Minibuses,coastersbuses RentalService]fortheLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject-2nd round. ChinaPetroleumPipelineEngineeringCompanyLimited– AbuDhabi(“CPP”)has,issued this Request for Tender (“RFT”) to selected bidders (each a “Bidder”) in ordertoobtainbidsubmissionsinrelationtotheprojectdescribedinbriefinparagraph3belowandinmoredetailinthescopeofworksetoutinAppendix6tothisRFT(“Scopeof Work”)
Following submission of the Bids, CPP may select one Bidder to enter intoalegalagreementwithCPPintheformsetoutinAttachment6 tothisRFT(“Agreement”).TheAgreementshalldetailtheScopeofWork,thetermsandconditionsandagreedfeespursuanttowhichCPPmayengagetheselectedBidder(s)toperformallorpartoftheScopeof Work

TheBiddershall provideminibuses,coastersbuses leasingservicesfortheEPCprojectundertakenbythe Company.Thescopeofservicesincludes,butisnotlimitedto,theprovisionof Vehicleasbelow,Iftheequipmentandvehiclesprovidedbythebiddercannotbeconsistentwiththoserequiredwithinthescopeofthetender,thebiddermayalsoprovideequipmentorvehiclesofhighertonnage,orequipmentandvehiclesofdifferentmodelswiththesamepower.. Before3daysaheadofthedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTendereetopostponethedeadlinefornomorethan7daysintotalincaseofpuzzles/difficultieshappeningtothevendorsforpreparingthebiddingdocuments.
