圭亞那GPL053輸變電EPC總承包項(xiàng)目線路土建#5工程工作內(nèi)容包含但不限于：

Guyana GPL053 Power Transmission and Transformation EPC Turnkey Project Line Civil Engineering #5 Project includes but is not limited to:

主要包含土方開挖及回填、承臺(tái)模板支設(shè)、鋼筋綁扎、預(yù)埋鐵件安裝、灌漿料澆筑等。。

It mainly includes earthwork excavation and backfilling, formwork installation for pile caps, rebar binding, embedded steel parts installation, and grouting material pouring.

IV. Qualification Requirements and Contract Terms

1.為履行本施工合同，投標(biāo)人至少應(yīng)滿足本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的施工資質(zhì)，具備完成類似工程的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)和業(yè)績(jī)，并已通過點(diǎn)擊登錄查看的資格審查，并成為點(diǎn)擊登錄查看的合格分包商。

1. To fulfill this construction contract, the bidding homo sapiens shall at least meet the construction qualification requirements of this tender project, possess construction experience and performance records in completing similar projects, and have passed the qualification review by PowerChina Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., thereby becoming a qualified subcontractor of PowerChina Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.

2.投標(biāo)人必須具有獨(dú)立法人資格，本項(xiàng)目不接受以聯(lián)合體形式的投標(biāo)。

2. The bidding homo sapiens must possess independent legal homo sapiens qualification, and this project does not accept bids in the form of a consortium.

3.為具有被授予合同的資格，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供令招標(biāo)人滿意的資格文件，以證明其符合投標(biāo)合格條件和具有履行合同的能力。為此，所提交的投標(biāo)文件中應(yīng)包括下列資料。

3. To be eligible for contract award, the bidding homo sapiens shall submit qualification documents satisfactory to the tendering homo sapiens, demonstrating compliance with the bidding eligibility criteria and capability to perform the contract. For this purpose, the submitted bid shall include the following materials.

4.有關(guān)確立投標(biāo)法律地位的原始文件的有效復(fù)印件及原件掃描件（包括營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、資質(zhì)等級(jí)證書、安全施工資格證、法人代表證或委托代理人證明書等），復(fù)印件需蓋原章。

4. Valid photocopies and scanned copies of original documents establishing the legal status of the bid (including business license, qualification grade certificate, safe construction qualification certificate, legal homo sapiens representative certificate or authorized agent homo sapiens certificate, etc.), with the copies requiring the original seal.

5.按規(guī)定的格式填寫公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和擬在本工程擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理及施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、主要施工人員的情況。

5.Fill in the company's organizational structure (broussonetia papyrifera) and the proposed project manager, on-site management personnel, and main construction personnel (homo sapiens) for this project in the prescribed format.

6.按規(guī)定格式提供完成本工程擬采用的主要施工機(jī)械設(shè)備或工機(jī)具情況。

6. Provide information on the main construction machinery, equipment, or tools to be used for completing this project in accordance with the specified format.

7.完成的與本工程相似的業(yè)績(jī)及其合同履行情況。

7. Completed performance records of similar projects and their contract fulfillment status.

8.中標(biāo)人在接到中標(biāo)通知書后5個(gè)日歷日內(nèi)開始合同談判，并在10個(gè)日歷日內(nèi)簽訂完承包合同。

8. The winning bidder Homo sapiens shall commence contract negotiations within 5 calendar days after receiving the Notice of Award and sign the contract within 10 calendar days.
