The Papua New Guinea Western Highlands Province Kagamuga Airport Runway Upgrade Project, undertaken by China Harbour Engineering Company (Papua New Guinea) Limited, is now seeking to procure a batch of bitumen and anti-stripping agents. To ensure the high-quality and timely supply of the required materials, we hereby conduct a public inquiry.

The specific requirements are as follows:

1.Bidders (Suppliers) shall use the inquiry list template provided in the annex and quote strictly in accordance with the contents specified in the Purchaser’s inquiry list. No alterations to the relevant contents shall be made based on the Suppliers’ own interpretation.

2.The delivery location of the goods shall be: Lae Port.

3.Suppliers shall be fully responsible for the product quality and any licensable documents that may be required during the supply process.

4.For other detailed information, please refer to the quotation form in the annex.
