The net water production capacity of the water plant 120 MIGD. 3.Bidding Scope: Working Pile LOT A, estimated to be approximately 2000 in number, with diameters of 600mm and 800mm, and lengths of 16m and 20m; the work includes excavation, pile construction, pile head breaking, and testing. Construction scope: pile foundation work in the GT11/12 gas turbine and HRSG11/12 boiler area, electrical control building area, and black start area of the BLOCK10 section (including pile foundations for the comprehensive pipe rack foundation). 投標人資格要求：
(1) Bidders must possess independent legal entity status and provide a valid business license. (2) Bidders must provide valid industry qualification certificates. (3) Bidders must provide valid certifications for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems. (4) Bidders must provide a valid tax registration certificate.
