Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The earthwork excavation and transportation for plot 44-02 in the FXS5-0202 unit of the Haigang Comprehensive Economic Development Zone must be carried out after obtaining the required permits from the relevant industry authorities. The soil must then be transported to the unloading point designated by the tenderer and leveled as required.
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起45個自然日內(nèi)完成所有工作內(nèi)容（具體時間以采購人要求為準(zhǔn)）
The Contract Period: Complete all work content within 45 natural days from the date of contract signing (specific time subject to the purchaser's requirements)

Complies with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China. 2. Bidders who have not been included in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of major tax violation cases (major tax violation dishonest subjects), and the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn) list of government procurement serious illegal dishonest behavior records in the past three years;
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、具有獨立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力及相應(yīng)的履約能力；
4、本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購；
5、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同投標(biāo)人，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的投標(biāo)人，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動；
6、符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點地區(qū)****
