2. 交貨地點和交貨時間：

交貨地點：關境外設備：CIF 上海港；關境內設備：寶鋼鋼管（馬鞍山）科技有限責任公司項目現場。

交貨時間：關境外：合同簽訂后12個月內，FOB ；關境內：合同簽訂后14個月內,DDP

3.*凡確認投標的投標人請登錄中國國際招標網平臺（http:****），務必在開標前注冊為其會員并通過年檢以獲得投標資格，中標情況將在中國國際招標網公示。

（3）投標人應具有****至投標截止日內的無縫鋼管熱連軋機組管排鋸設備成熟使用實績（供貨合同簽訂滿3年及以上），且無縫鋼管熱連軋機組的鋸機成套設備單筆合同金額不少于3000萬元（不含稅）或等值外幣（按合同簽訂日匯率進行折算），其中需包含管排鋸設備；

（4）本項目不接受代理商投標。

Delivery time：Outside Customs Territory: FOB within 12 months upon contract signing;Inside Customs Territory: DDP within 14 months upon contract signing.

Delivery place：Equipment outside customs territory: CIF Shanghai Port; Equipment inside customs territory: Baosteel Pipe (Maanshan) Technology Co., Ltd Project site.

3. *The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website (http:****), and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

(3)The bidder shall have well-proven references of providing pipe bundle sawing machines for seamless steel pipe hot rolling mills during the period from January 1, 2009 to the bid closing date（with the supply contracts signed 3 years ago or earlier） and the single contract value for the complete set of sawing machines not less than RMB 30 million（Excluding tax）or Equivalent foreign currency (Convert according to the exchange rate on the date of contract signing), and including the pipe bundle sawing machiness ;
