（1）本項(xiàng)目要求兩臺(tái)管體車絲機(jī)的操作側(cè)位置：沿車絲機(jī)主軸從后卡盤向前卡盤方向看，1臺(tái)車絲機(jī)操作臺(tái)（操作側(cè)）在車絲機(jī)的右側(cè)，另外1臺(tái)車絲機(jī)操作臺(tái)（操作側(cè)）在車絲機(jī)左側(cè)；

（2）車絲機(jī)類型：車絲機(jī)為數(shù)控全自動(dòng)油套管管端螺紋加工設(shè)備，被加工的鋼管作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，刀具作直線平面運(yùn)動(dòng)；它主要由車絲機(jī)主機(jī)和管子自動(dòng)移送、定位、輔助支撐設(shè)備組成，并配制了必要的、集中傳動(dòng)與控制的電氣、液壓、潤(rùn)滑與冷卻系統(tǒng)；

（3）車絲機(jī)應(yīng)具有自動(dòng)分離式管端內(nèi)堵頭功能；

（4）其他技術(shù)參數(shù)詳見技術(shù)附件。

2. 交貨地點(diǎn)和交貨時(shí)間：

交貨地點(diǎn)：關(guān)境外設(shè)備：CIF上海港；關(guān)境內(nèi)設(shè)備：寶鋼鋼管（馬鞍山）科技有限責(zé)任公司項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)

交貨時(shí)間：關(guān)境外：合同簽訂后12個(gè)月內(nèi)，F(xiàn)OB ；關(guān)境內(nèi)：合同簽訂后14個(gè)月內(nèi),DDP。

The name：Pipe Threading Machines

Quantity：2 sets

Technical specifications：

(1)Operating side of the Pipe Threading Machiness:Viewed along the Pipe Threading Machines’s spindle from the rear chuck to the front chuck:One Pipe Threading Machines shall have its operating console on the right side;The other Pipe Threading Machiness shall have its operating console on the left side.

(2)Type of Pipe Threading Machines:The Pipe Threading Machines shall be a fully CNC automatic thread cutting machine for the end of oil casing. The steel pipe to be processed shall rotate, while the cutting tool shall perform linear planar movement. It shall consist mainly of the Pipe Threading Machines, plus automatic pipe handling, positioning, and auxiliary support equipment. It shall also be equipped with necessary centralized drive and control systems for electrical, hydraulic, lubrication, and cooling functions;

(3)The Pipe Threading Machines shall be equipped with an automatic separable pipe-end internal plug function;

(4)Other technical parameters can be found in the technical annex of the bidding document.

Delivery time：Outside Customs Territory: FOB within 12 months upon contract signing;Inside Customs Territory: DDP within 14 months upon contract signing

3. *The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website (http:****), and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

(1) Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the national Enterprise Credit Information Publicity system (www.gsxt.gov.cn);

(2) Not included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for breach of trust by "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn);

(3) The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidding equipment should have the supply performance of pipe body threading machines for seamless steel pipe oil casing production lines from January 1, 2007 to the bid closing date. The supply performance should include the supply performance of left-hand and right-hand threading machines (the operating side position of the pipe body threading machine: when observing from the rear chuck to the front chuck along the main shaft of the threading machine, one operation console (operating side) of the threading machine is on the right side of the threading machine, and the other operation console (operating side) of the threading machine is on the left side of the threading machine.);

(4)If the bidder is an agent, a unique authorization letter from the manufacturer for this project must be provided. If both the manufacturer and the agent participate in the bidding, both of their bids will be rejected.
